According to a prepared timetable or the presence of a complaint or internal information, the inspection team will follow up. It may include other bodies (Security - Ministry of Economy - Economic Department)

The inspection is carried out in accordance with the legal inspection regulations

Writing a record of documenting the inspection process, including the number and type of materials seized and the time of the inspection, and giving a copy to the owner of the shop with a request to attend within a period not exceeding 5 days to submit the required documents (media release and copies of media licenses). The minutes are entered electronically by the inspectors

Checking the seized materials and the extent to which the materials conform to the trading controls, and submitting a report to the director of the department

The decision is taken electronically, either to return the works to the store in case they agree with the controls (the financial penalty is not entailed), but in the event of the violation, they are seized and the violator is announced to pay the financial fine determined according to the decision of the Council of Ministers issued in this regard (the financial fine will be imposed
