In line with the vision of our wise leadership to promote a culture of reading and knowledge, and based on the importance of reading in developing thinking and creativity, our management has decided to organize a unique cultural initiative in celebration of Reading Month. We will create a small library within the administration containing a diverse collection of books across various fields. Each employee will be allocated 30 minutes daily for reading throughout the entire month. The aim of this initiative is to promote the habit of reading among employees, enhance their intellectual skills, and contribute to a more creative and productive work environment. Reading is not just a means of entertainment but a window to knowledge and personal development, serving as a fundamental pillar in building an educated and cultured society.
