Our PhD student, Yassine Elmahi, will discuss the book titled “Leaders Eat Last” by Simon Sinek.
Brief Summary of the Book:
“This book explores how great leaders form and create a trusting and cooperative environment by prioritizing the well-being of their team members. Mr. Sinek also discusses biological and psychological principles to explain why certain teams thrive while others fail. ‘Circle of Safety ,’ ‘Dopamine in Leadership,’ and ‘Servant Leadership’ are examples of concepts that he employs .”
