(Artistic Illuminations) Competition

Under the auspices of Al Qasimia University in Sharjah, the Deanship of Student Affairs organizes its annual competition entitled “Artistic Illuminations.” The competition targets students from universities in the Arab world, with the aim of activating artistic talents and spreading the spirit of competition and creativity among university students. Al Qasimia University aims to emphasize the manifestations of beauty and creativity in Islamic civilization; therefore, it chose the topic of the competition to be “Islamic Decoration ,” which includes many fields, such as architecture, utensils, tools, decorated fabrics, etc., through drawing, photography, or Arabic calligraphy.
